What is fwuRmtDARTOperatingMode?

This OID controls whether the DART card is actively processing traffic (normal mode = 1), temporarily idle (standby mode = 2), or in an unknown state (-1). Operators use this to take DARTs offline for maintenance, testing, or failover scenarios without physically removing them, reducing service disruption. For example, setting the value to 2 puts the DART in standby so another card can take over its traffic.
