What is fwuHstDARTOperatingMode?

This controls whether the DART operates in normal active mode (1), standby/backup mode (2), or an undefined state (-1), allowing traffic switching between primary and redundant paths. During maintenance or failover events, engineers adjust this value to redirect traffic flow without physical cable changes. For example, setting this from 1 to 2 silently switches the card to standby mode so its partner can take over the load.
