What is acsSerialPortTableOverrun?

This OID counts how many bytes were dropped because data arrived faster than the port could buffer them. A steadily climbing overrun count means the remote device is sending faster than the ACS can process, or flow control is disabled. A value of 25 indicates 25 data bytes have been lost due to buffer exhaustion.
