What is acpProgramEpochNumber?

This OID stores the current program epoch number—a timestamp or version identifier that groups all encryption keys and authorization rules active for the current time period. Network operators use epoch numbers to correlate which key set and authorization rules were in effect when a particular service was accessed. For example, epoch 42 represents all keys and permissions active between 3 PM and 6 PM on a given day.
