What is acdShaper1CodePointStatsQMgmtDropPkts?
This counter shows how many packets were intentionally dropped by the queue management algorithm to prevent severe congestion and buffer exhaustion. Engineers tune these settings to balance between dropping some packets early versus waiting and losing more packets later. A value of 20,000 packets means 20,000 messages were strategically discarded to manage network load.
