What is acdRegulatorStatsDropRate?
This OID shows the current real-time rate at which the regulator is dropping packets, measured in packets per second. Engineers monitor this during traffic events to detect when QoS enforcement is actively throttling and to decide if rate-limit policies need adjustment. For example, 1,200 packets/sec means the regulator is currently discarding 1,200 packets every second.
