What is acdRegulatorStatsDropOverflowOctets?
This OID counts how many times the 32-bit drop-octets counter has wrapped around when exceeding its maximum value. When combined with the base drop-octets counter, this provides an accurate 64-bit total of all bytes dropped. For example, a value of 2 means the drop counter overflowed twice, indicating that the true byte count dropped is at least 8 GB.
