What is acdSmapIPv4FilterRowStatus?

This OID controls the lifecycle of a filter rule using standard SNMP RowStatus values such as create, active, notInService, or destroy. Network engineers use this to create, activate, deactivate, or delete filter entries without modifying other filter columns. For example, setting this to createAndGo with a complete row definition immediately activates the filter rule.
