What is acdIPv4FilterRowStatus?

This controls the lifecycle of a filter configuration row, allowing you to create, activate, or delete filter rules without restarting the device. Network engineers use this to manage active filters on demand, adding new rules or removing old ones as policies change. Setting it to 'createAndGo' with a new filter name activates a filter immediately, while setting it to 'destroy' removes the filter.
