What is acdDescIdentifier?

This OID holds a unique device identifier (such as 'SITE-A-SWITCH-02') chosen by the network administrator to name the device. Network engineers set this to match their naming convention so devices are easily identified in network management tools and documentation. For example, setting it to 'NYC-CORE-SWITCH-BACKUP' immediately tells you this is a backup switch in the New York core network.
