What is acdCfmSlmResultRemoteRxSlm?
This OID counts how many Synthetic Loss Measurement probe packets the remote endpoint successfully received during a measurement period. Network engineers use this to determine far-end packet loss by comparing packets received remotely against packets transmitted locally; differences indicate loss on the outbound path. If 3600 packets were sent but the remote end received only 3593, then 7 packets (0.19%) were lost traveling to the remote device.
