What is acdCfmSlmCfgState?
This OID indicates whether the Synthetic Loss Measurement instance is currently enabled (true) or disabled (false). Network engineers monitor this flag to verify that SLM monitoring is running as configured, and can disable it temporarily for maintenance without deleting the configuration. A value of 'true' means the SLM instance is actively sending test packets; 'false' means it is paused.
