What is acdCfmPktLossCfgRatioThresh?
This sets the packet loss ratio threshold as a percentage expressed in millionths (so 1,000,000 equals 1%). This is useful for high-speed links where even tiny loss percentages matter. Setting this to 1,000,000 triggers an alarm if you lose 1% of packets; 100,000 would trigger at 0.1% loss.
