Description: This is a count of the total number of One-way Delay Measurement (1DM) PDU transmitted by the MEP (OpCode 45).
What is acdCfmMepStatsTx1dmPdu?
This counter tracks one-way delay measurement packets sent to the peer endpoint to measure latency in one direction without waiting for a reply. This is useful for circuits where latency is asymmetric (upload vs download speeds differ) and you need independent measurements. A count of 300 one-way probes over one hour gives you latency samples to calculate average and maximum delays.
