What is acdCfmMepStatsRxLbrOooErrors?
This counter counts valid Loopback Replies that arrive out of their expected sequence order, showing that packets are being reordered somewhere on the network path. Engineers monitor this to detect jitter, buffering delays, or multiple paths with different latencies. For example, a value of 3 means 3 loopback responses have arrived in the wrong sequence order.
