What is acdCfmMepCfgActive?
This OID is a true/false flag that enables or disables the MEP without removing its configuration, allowing temporary shutdown. Network engineers toggle this when performing maintenance or testing to suspend CFM heartbeats without losing the entire MEP setup. For example, setting it to 'false' stops the MEP from generating heartbeat messages while keeping all its configuration intact for later re-enablement.
