What is accX25XmtClrReqs?
This OID counts Clear Request packets transmitted to close virtual circuits, showing how many connections you actively tore down. A value of 42 indicates 42 virtual circuits have been cleared from your side, and this should roughly match the call count unless circuits are stuck.
