What is accX25WindowNegot?
This OID sets the window size for X.25 flow control, accepting values from 1 to 127 packets or zero to disable windowing. Engineers adjust this to control how many unacknowledged packets can be in flight, which affects throughput and congestion handling on the link. A value of 8 allows 8 packets in flight before waiting for acknowledgment; zero disables the feature.
