An Integer that identifies whether this entry applies to called or to calling X.121 addresses.

What is accX25SwitchAddrTransType?

This integer determines whether the translation rule modifies the calling party's address or the called party's address in X.121 format. Engineers choose this to specify which end of the call gets rewritten when routing through multiple networks. An example value of 0 might mean 'translate called addresses,' so you're rewriting destination numbers.
