What is accX25SwitchAddrTransDir?

This integer specifies whether the address translation rule applies to inbound calls, outbound calls, or both directions. Engineers set this when creating translation rules to ensure rewriting happens only on the intended call direction. An example value of 1 indicates the rule applies to inbound calls arriving at the X.25 interface.
