Description:

The minimum number of virtual circuits which IP will leave available for first circuits to other destinations

What is accX25SvcMin?

This OID reserves a minimum number of virtual circuits for initiating new connections to previously unreached destinations. Engineers configure this to ensure the system always has capacity to open first circuits to new hosts. A value of 4 guarantees that at least 4 circuits remain available for new destinations even if existing connections consume most capacity.
