What is accX25PvcNumber?

This OID stores the maximum number of permanent virtual circuits that can be simultaneously active on this X.25 interface. Network engineers configure this to limit memory consumption and ensure the interface has enough resources for critical permanent connections. For example, a value of 10 means the system will support up to 10 active PVCs before rejecting additional circuit requests.
