What is accX25PktWind?
This OID sets the default window size—how many unacknowledged packets can be in flight—for X.25 on this port. Engineers tune this to prevent buffer overruns on slow systems or congested WAN links. A value of 4 allows 4 packets in flight before the sender must wait for acknowledgment.
