Module: ACC-X25

OID (symbolic): ACC-X25::accX25IdleMin

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.17.3.1.9

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TimeTicks

Access: read-write

Description:

minimum idle time for closing circuits; a circuit will not be cleared until it has been idle (no data has been sent or received) for at least this amount of time.

What is accX25IdleMin?

This OID sets the minimum idle time in hundredths of a second before a virtual circuit becomes eligible for automatic closure. Engineers configure this to prevent rapid circuit churn while ensuring circuits eventually release resources when unused. A value of 6000 means a circuit must be idle for at least 60 seconds before it can be closed.
