Description: maximum idle time for closing circuits; a circuit will be cleared when its idle time exceeds this value.

What is accX25IdleMax?

This OID sets the maximum idle time in hundredths of a second; any circuit idle longer than this is forcibly closed. Engineers configure this to guarantee old or zombie circuits do not consume bandwidth indefinitely. A value of 36000 forces closure of circuits that have been idle for more than 360 seconds (6 minutes).
