Description:
Use of extended sequence numbers
What is accX25ExtendSeq?
This OID controls whether extended 12-bit sequence numbers are used in X.25 packet headers instead of the standard 3-bit format. Engineers enable this on high-throughput links where more packets in flight are needed to fully utilize available bandwidth. A value of 1 activates extended sequence numbers; 0 uses only 3-bit numbers.
