What is accX25CircuitPktRetry?
This OID records how many times the X.25 protocol will retransmit a failed packet before giving up, stored as an integer. Engineers configure this to balance reliability against performance; more retries help with unreliable links but delay failure detection. For example, a value of 3 means each packet can be sent up to 4 times (the original plus 3 retries).
