Module: ACC-SYSTEM

OID (symbolic): ACC-SYSTEM::accVirtualPortXotCount

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.30.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description:

Number of XOT Virtual ports available on the platform

What is accVirtualPortXotCount?

This integer (range 0-20) specifies how many X.25 over TCP (XOT) virtual ports are available for legacy protocol bridging over modern networks. An engineer adjusts this when the device must maintain multiple concurrent X.25-over-IP tunnels to support older mainframe or packet-switching systems. For example, a value of 10 allocates 10 XOT virtual ports for simultaneous connections to 10 legacy systems.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.30.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accVirtualPortXotCount

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.30.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accVirtualPortXotCount.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.30.1.2.1 i <value>
