What is accUserTrapMsgEntry?

This stores a custom text message (up to 255 characters) that gets included in an SNMP trap notification sent to monitoring systems. An engineer populates this with contextual information when triggering traps to provide the monitoring platform with specific details about what event occurred. For example, 'Backup failed on interface eth1' tells the monitoring system exactly which interface had the problem.
