What is accUToffset?

Stores the UTC offset as a 3-byte time string (hours, minutes, seconds) that represents the device's timezone difference from Coordinated Universal Time. Network engineers configure this to synchronize the device's timezone offset, ensuring accurate timestamps in logs and monitoring across different geographic locations. For example, a value of "05 30 00" means UTC+5:30 (Indian Standard Time).
