accTrapLogLevel
Module: ACC-SYSTEM
OID (symbolic): ACC-SYSTEM::accTrapLogLevel
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.10.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description:
The base severity level at which traps are recorded in the log. Traps with values greater than this level will not be recorded in the log.
What is accTrapLogLevel?
This OID configures the minimum severity threshold (1 to 7) for traps to be recorded in the device's log, where lower numbers indicate more serious events. Network engineers adjust this setting to control log volume and focus on events that require operator attention. Example: setting this to 3 means only traps with severity level 3 or higher get stored, filtering out routine informational messages.
