What is accSystemGracefulShutdownTO?
This integer (range 1-600 seconds) sets a timeout for graceful shutdown; if operations do not complete within this window, the system forces a reset. An engineer tunes this based on typical session cleanup duration to prevent indefinite waits while still respecting legitimate in-flight work. For example, a value of 120 gives active sessions 2 minutes to clean up before the system automatically reboots.
