What is accSystemGracefulShutdownState?
This integer controls whether graceful shutdown mode is enabled, allowing the device to complete in-flight operations before powering down. An engineer activates this before scheduled maintenance to ensure active sessions and transactions finish cleanly rather than being abruptly terminated. For example, a value of 1 enables graceful shutdown, causing the system to wait for active work before rebooting.
