What is accSyslogAddr?

This OID stores the IP address where the system should send all syslog messages, configured as a readable and writable address. Network administrators set this to forward logs to a central monitoring server for consolidated alerting and analysis. An example value would be "192.168.1.50" to route all system messages to that syslog server.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.15.1.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accSyslogAddr

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.15.1.1.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accSyslogAddr.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.15.1.1.1 a <value>
