What is accSysUpgradeCmd?

This OID identifies which firmware upgrade methods are supported on this platform: Serial-Line (SL), TFTP, or both depending on installed hardware. Engineers care about this because it determines which upgrade procedures are available and affects their maintenance planning. Example: a value of "SL+TFTP" means the device supports both serial and TFTP upgrades, while "SL" means only serial upgrades work.
