What is accSysBootTime?

Records the time when the system last booted as a 3-byte string showing hours, minutes, and seconds since midnight. Engineers monitor this to track system stability and diagnose unexpected reboots or downtime events that may indicate hardware failures. A value of "23 45 30" indicates the system started at 11:45:30 PM.
