What is accSlvMemBlkEntFails?

This OID counts the total number of failed buffer allocation requests for this specific block size since the pool was created. A non-zero or climbing value is a critical signal that the pool is undersized and cannot meet application demand, causing data loss. A value of 87 indicates 87 allocation failures have occurred; if this counter is increasing, the pool must be enlarged or buffer consumption reduced.
