Module: ACC-SYSTEM

OID (symbolic): ACC-SYSTEM::accReload

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.7

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TimeTicks

Access: read-write

Description:

Time until system reload shall occur. Upon expiry of the timer, the system will load and execute a new image of the application code. The load file will come from diskette, local EPROM, or over the network, depending on the configuration of the unit.

What is accReload?

Sets a timer in hundredths of a second (TimeTicks) after which the system will automatically reload with a new application code image. Administrators use this to schedule system restarts without manual intervention, loading updated firmware from disk, ROM, or network sources. A value of 360000 TimeTicks schedules a reload in 1 hour; after that time expires, the device restarts and loads the new image.
