What is accPscopeEnable?

This integer permits or denies the use of the device's built-in PSCOPE packet-monitoring functionality for real-time traffic analysis. An engineer enables this during network troubleshooting to capture and inspect live packets flowing through the device to diagnose performance or connectivity issues. For example, a value of 1 activates PSCOPE so the engineer can monitor what traffic is actually crossing the device.
