accMemPoolMaximum

Module: ACC-SYSTEM

OID (symbolic): ACC-SYSTEM::accMemPoolMaximum

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.16.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Gauge

Access: read-only

Description:

The maximum amount of memory in this memory pool.

What is accMemPoolMaximum?

This OID stores the maximum size limit for a memory pool, showing how large this pool is allowed to grow. Engineers care about this because it defines the absolute ceiling for allocations to this pool and helps prevent over-allocation or starvation of other pools. Example: a value of 1048576 means this particular pool can grow to a maximum of 1 MB before hitting its limit.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.16.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accMemPoolMaximum

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.1.1.16.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-SYSTEM::accMemPoolMaximum.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> accMemPoolMaximum.1
