What is accMemOptimiserStatus?
This read-only value reports the current operational status of the memory optimizer feature on the device. An engineer monitors this to verify the optimizer is actively working and using resources as intended, or to diagnose why it may have stopped. For example, a value of 2 indicates the optimizer is currently active and optimizing, while 1 means it is inactive.
