What is accMemOptimiserPref?
This stores the user's preference setting (an integer) for how the device's memory optimizer should behave. A network engineer configures this to control how aggressively the system compresses or reallocates memory to prevent out-of-memory conditions. For example, a value of 3 might enable aggressive optimization, while a value of 1 disables the feature entirely.
