Description:

Number of buffers of this size allocated at initialization.

What is accMemBlkEntInitial?

This OID shows how many buffers of a particular size were created when the device started up. Network engineers use this baseline value to tune buffer pool sizes for their network conditions. If you set the initial count to 200 buffers but the peak usage is only 50, you may be wasting memory.
