What is accMemBlkEntInUse?
This OID shows how many memory buffers of a particular size are currently being used by the device. Engineers watch this metric to detect if buffers are becoming exhausted during peak traffic, which could cause packet loss. A value of 45 out of 50 buffers means the device is using 90% of available buffers of that size.
