What is accStpTopChange?

This read-only OID is a boolean flag indicating whether the spanning tree topology is currently in a state of change. A network engineer checks this during maintenance windows or after link failures to verify that STP is recalculating the tree and updating port roles. For example, this flag being 'true' means the bridge is processing topology changes and MAC address table entries will age faster.
