What is accCfgDisp?

This OID controls what the device does after successfully downloading a configuration file from TFTP—either reset the device or just reload the config in place. Engineers use this to choose between making changes active after a reboot (reset) or immediately applying them (reload). For example, setting to 'reset' overwrites the config and reboots; setting to 'reload' applies the new config without a full restart.
