What is accRipOutCmdCnts?
This OID counts the total number of RIP command packets the device has successfully transmitted to its RIP neighbors since startup. You monitor this to confirm that the device is actively querying its neighbors for routing information and that the outbound path is working. A counter that increments every 30 seconds (matching your update timer) shows normal operation, while a frozen counter indicates a transmission problem.
