What is accRipMessageLevel?

This OID sets the diagnostic verbosity level for RIP logging on the device, ranging from 1 (important diagnostic info only) to 7 (mostly informational messages), allowing fine-grained control over logging detail. You raise this level when you are troubleshooting routing issues and need to see detailed packet exchanges, then lower it afterward to avoid log clutter. Setting it to 3 gives you moderate detail about route changes without drowning in every packet transmission.
