What is accRipInCmdCnts?

This OID counts the total number of RIP command packets the device has successfully received since the last reboot or counter reset. Monitoring this counter helps verify that RIP neighbors are actually communicating with your device and that the protocol is active. A steadily increasing counter (for example, incrementing by 10 every 30 seconds) indicates healthy RIP communication, while a stalled counter suggests the neighbor relationship may be broken.
