What is accDemandRipTransitions?

This OID counts how many times the RIP neighbor has gone from Down to Up state since monitoring started, tracked as a counter that only increases. Network engineers monitor this value to assess neighbor stability and detect flapping or repeated disconnections. For example, a value of 5 means the neighbor has successfully come online 5 times during the monitoring period.
